Fixed Flange & Rotational Aligning Tool
FA4TM mechanical flange alignment tool offers a simple, precise, solution to linear or rotational misalignment on large diameter flanges. A great tool to line up flanges prior to bolt up or when removing bolts from a flange. 4 Ton of push/pull power at the precise point of where it is needed.
Requires a minimum bolt hole size of 1 inch or larger.
All to often when performing maintenance on medium to large size flanges, misalignment has been corrected using chain-falls, come-alongs, pulleys, alignment pins, along with other types of rigging equipment.
All to often these methods are complex, labor intensive, risky, hard to plan for and execute.
Attempting to line up flanges without using the proper tools is hazardous and time consuming.

Designed for mid range flanges, the mechanical flange alignment tool offers a simple solution to rectify linear or rotational misalignment. Please note that the FA4TM replaces the FA3TM flange alignment tool and produces 1 additional ton of aligning capacity with the same or a slightly smaller footprint.
