Fixed Flange & Rotational Aligning Tool
Designed for high-pressure flanges, the FA9TE hydraulic flange alignment tool offers a simple, precise, solution to linear or rotational misalignment on large diameter flanges. A great tool to align large diameter flanges prior to bolt up or when removing bolts from a flange.
Requires a minimum bolt hole size of 1-1/4
On larger size hig pressure flanges, misalignment has been corrected using chain-falls, come-alongs, pulleys, alignment pins, along with other types of rigging equipment.
All to often these methods are complex, labor intensive, risky, hard to plan for and execute.
Attempting to line up flanges without using the proper tools is hazardous, time consuming, and ineffective.
